Order Process for Invitations Step 1: Give us a call! We LOVE to talk and get to know our clients! We'll answer all your questions and find the best way to work within your vision for your invitation We recommend that you request a sample invitation. Step 2: Place your order. We ask that you order your invitations at least 3-6 weeks prior to mail out date. 4-7 weeks for 150 invitations or more. Order your invitations as soon as possible to make sure that the papers and embellishments you want are available. We recommend ordering 10 to 20 extra invitations and envelopes. It may be costly, but it will be more costly if you have to rush to replace or add invitations. Step 3: Once your order has been placed, we will create a proof of your invitation and send it to you. When you receive your proof you should carefully review it and make any necessary changes. After proof approval, we require you to send 50% of the balance before we start production of your order. Step 4: The quiet period. Production, you get to move on to your other arrangements. Step 5: We notify you when your order is ready via e-mail and collect the balance of your invoice 72 hours prior to shipping.
